Steps

Take all the needed ingredients.

In a hot pan,add rice flour and dry roast it and transfer to a plate.
Next add fried gram and peanut one by one,dry roast it. - 3
Once it cools, grind nicely. Peel off peanut skin and grind coarsely.

Then add grated coconut and dry roast it. Finally add sesame seed and dry roast it with coconut.
In a plate add roasted rice flour,grinder gram, peanut, then cardamom powder,ginger powder,ghee,roasted coconut and sesame seed. Mix well with hand.

In the mean time, add jaggery to the same pan and add 1/3 cup water mix well and once jaggery dissolves,bring it to boil.

After few mins,it turns in to thick consistency. Then turn off the stove and filer the jaggery syrup to the flour mixing little by little.

Mix it with laddie. The flour mixture is a bit of loose. Keep aside for 10mts. Then it's turns into thick to make balls. Rub ghee on hand and make balls.

That's all. It's delicious ious. After 2 or 3 hrs, the outside become dry and inside would be in same soft texture. Store it for 2 to 3 days and softness is same as 1st day. Kids and adults loved it.
