First we will remove the seeds from the red chillies and add lemon and salt to it and keep it soaked for 30 minutes.

Now we will crush the kuria of mustard and the kuria of coriander and we will also crush cumin and fennel.

Now mix everything in a pan, add coriander and pepper in between, add hot oil and asafoetida and mix, then add chopped jaggery and lemon to it and mix and keep it for a day and keep stirring in between.
