Ingredients

1 bowlmoong beans
1 teaspoonginger chilli and garlic
1/2 bowlcoriander
Water
2 tablespoonsrice flour
1 tablespoonbesan flour
1/4 teaspoongaram masala
to taste Salt

Steps

1

Soak the moong beans overnight. Add ginger chilli and garlic coriander and water and grind to a paste.

Add besan flour rice flour and salt and garam masala and leave to stand to ferment.

Then using a frying pan make these tasty pancakes they were delicious 😋
