Pakora are crispy fritters made on Ramadan with vegetables like onions, potatoes, gram flour, spices and herbs. Also known as pikora or pakura, it is a popular snack and street food also from India.
Steps

Mix all the ingredients for making batter except water and then add water and stirring it to make a thick flowing consistency batter.tsp or to taste salt

Peel, Wash and chop potatoes in round shape, onion in small pieces, chop spinach and green chilli, separate florets of cauliflower.

Now heat cooking oil in a wok. Add chopped potato rounds and cauliflower florets in oil and deep fry till golden brown. Transfer it in a plate.

Now divide remaining batter in 2 parts. Mix chopped onions and green chilli in one part and spinach and green chilli in other part.

Now leave a spoon full of mixture in hot oil and fry from both sides till golden. 4-6 pakodas can be fried at a time. Likewise make spinach pakoras.

Serve hot with green chutney.
