Prepare the Batter:
In a bowl, combine gram flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin seeds, and salt. Add water gradually to form a thick, smooth batter.

Mix in Spinach:
Stir the chopped spinach into the batter until well incorporated.

Fry:
Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden and crispy (around 3–4 minutes). Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Serve:
Serve these crispy spinach pakoras hot, with your favorite chutney or ketchup.
