Steps

Take a jar add water, turmeric powder and salt.

Add grind mustard seeds powder and mustard oil. Mix everything well.

Wash the carrot and cut in length wish. Then take a large bowl add water and boil it. Take sieve on the top of bowl. Steam carrot for 10-15 minutes on low flame. Then add into the water. Cover it with cotton cloth. Ferment it for 2-3 days under sunlight. Put the kanji water and stir it. Kanji drink is ready to serve and enjoy..... 😋😋
