First of all take cumin powder and sugar in a pan and add 1 cup of water and keep it boiling on gas. When it thickens a little, crush the mint leaves and add it. Take it off after 2 minutes. There is no need to make string sugar syrup.

After it cools down, strain it. Add lemon juice and black salt to it, mix and add 2 glasses of water(as needed) if you want,can add black pepper powder too.mix it well.

Summer special Cumin mint sharbat is ready. Add ice cubes in serving glass, add jeera Sharbat and add cumin powder and mint leaves on top. Serve cold.
