Ingredients

15 min + 1 hr resting + 15 min baking

  1. 3 1/3 cupsflour (about 400 grams)
  2. 2/3 cupunsalted butter (about 150 grams)
  3. 1/2 cupbrown sugar (about 100 grams)
  4. 1/2 cupwhite sugar (about 90 grams)
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  7. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  8. Chopped pistachios
  9. Chocolate chips
  10. Pistachio cream
  11. Nutella

Cooking Instructions

15 min + 1 hr resting + 15 min baking

    Beat the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs, and once incorporated, add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda until everything is well mixed.

    Add the chopped pistachios and chocolate chips and combine well.

    Make balls of about 80 grams, create a small hole in the middle, fill with a teaspoon of pistachio cream and another of Nutella, and cover with another 20 grams of dough. Let rest in the fridge for at least an hour or in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
