  • 1 smallbag Pistachios, shelled and crushed
  • 2 1/4Flour
  • 1 tspBaking Soda
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 1 cupButter (softened)
  • 3/4 cupBrown Sugar
  • 1/4 cupWhite Sugar
  • 1 packagesInstant Pudding (i use banana cream)
  • 2Eggs

Steps

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Mix together dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Mix together wet ingredients.

  4. 4

    Mix together wet and dry ingredients.

  5. 5

    Once mixed well use 2 tablespoons to shape into balls on cookies sheet..

  6. 6

    Cook for 10 to 13 minutes.
