  2. 1 smallbag Pistachios, shelled and crushed
  3. 2 1/4Flour
  4. 1 tspBaking Soda
  5. 1 tspVanilla
  6. 1 cupButter (softened)
  7. 3/4 cupBrown Sugar
  8. 1/4 cupWhite Sugar
  9. 1 packagesInstant Pudding (i use banana cream)
  10. 2Eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Mix together dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Mix together wet ingredients.

  4. 4

    Mix together wet and dry ingredients.

  5. 5

    Once mixed well use 2 tablespoons to shape into balls on cookies sheet..

  6. 6

    Cook for 10 to 13 minutes.
