Easy to prepare and truly spring salad. But there are two things to consider. The cabbage must be young, and the vegetable oil must be aromatic.

Finely chop the cabbage. Salt and pour lemon juice over it. Cut the cucumber into strips. Add to the cabbage.

Add finely chopped dill. Season with aromatic vegetable oil. Mix carefully.
