Souk udad dal for 4/5 hour or over night.While Grinding add 2 green chilli,1/2 tsp cumin seeds,salt.Make thick batter.

Take curd add in it 2 cup water and 2 table spoon besan stir it well to mix.

Take pan add in it oil in it after heated add muster seeds after they cracks add cumin seeds, curry leaves, cut green chilies fry for 1 minute and then add cut onion,ginger paste fry it add tomato and fry it till tomato becomes soft add salt,termaric powder, red chilli powder, coriander seeds powder, asafoetida fry it 1 minutes and then add buttermilk in which besan added cook till boil.

Take above udad dal batter and make small balls add in above boiling kadhi.Cook them for 5/6 minutes.

Dubaki kadhi is ready to served. Garnished with chopped coriander leaves. Served with rice or chapati.
