First take cooker and add raw mango pieces with water boiled till 3 whistles.keep it cool. Then hot mango add mint leaves, chilli, rock salt, sugar, cumin powder mix well and blended all ingredients.

Kairi panha is ready. You can store it one week in frieze. When you want to drink Aam panha take glass. In glass add 1 table spoon Aam panha add cold water mix well.
Garnish with kairi slices and mint leaves, add ice cubes and served immediately. Enjoy cool cool Kairi panha in summer season with family. 😋
