Grate 150 grams of gourd, put 2 tablespoons of desi ghee in a pan and fry the gourd till it turns pink and grate the gourd with a fine grater,

Now when the gourd turns pink, add milk and let it boil and then add sugar to it and boil it. When the sugar and milk water burns, add cardamom powder and drain it. Now cool it in the fridge and serve. Those who like it hot can also serve it hot.
