Canned Salmon Wasabi Miso Rice Bowl

In a small bowl, combine White Miso, Mirin and Wasabi.

Drain canned Salmon, remove unwanted bones and skin if you choose to do so, and coarsely flake it. Add Salmon and Spring Onion to the Miso & Wasabi mixture, and mix to combine.

Half fill a bowl with warm Cooked Rice and cover it with the Salmon mixture, add Nori on top, sprinkle with some Toasted Sesame Seeds, and enjoy.
