Clean each mussel making sure they have no rests of seaweed

In a medium-large pot add the mussels along with half of a large lemon, 3 crushed garlic cloves, and around 5 whole black peppercorns (add more for a more intense flavor)

Cover with the lid and let it steam in medium low heat for about 5-6 minutes

Serve with broth from mussels and top it with fresh parsley if you like. Enjoy!
