Clafoutis with Frozen Fruit

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well blended.

Add the sugar and salt, and whisk for 5 minutes.

Gradually add the flour and baking powder. Mix gently.

Slowly add the melted butter and milk.

Grease a baking dish. Arrange the frozen fruit (such as cherries) in the dish and pour the batter over them.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Sprinkle with vanilla sugar as soon as it comes out of the oven.

Serve as is.
