Take the onions and chopped them

Chop chillies

In bowl add curd (dahi)

Add sugar to taste

Add salt to taste

Whisk curd till smooth.

Add chopped onion

Mix together well.

For tempering, heat 1tsp oil in pan

Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and chopped green chillies.

Pour it on curd onion mixture and mix well together.

Garnish with corinder leaves

Onion salad is ready to serve.
