Lebanese Tabbouleh

Pick and thoroughly wash the parsley, mint, lettuce, and onions. Drain well.

Finely chop the parsley, mint, onions, and lettuce.

Dice the tomatoes into very small cubes.

Soak a small amount of bulgur wheat.
- 5
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Add lemon juice to taste, then add salt and olive oil.

Mix the tabbouleh well and serve.

This is my tabbouleh, even better than before.
