Ingredients

45 minutes minutes
3-4 people
  • 1big bunch parsley 🌿 washed & chopped
  • 1medium cucumber 🥒 deseed & cut into small cubes
  • 1small tomato 🍅 deseed & cut into small cubes
  • 1onion 🧅 cut into small cubes
  • 1 cupcooked quinoa (you can add washed & soaked dalia also then it will not vegan)
  • 8-10cherry tomatoes 🍅 cut in to half
  • cubesLittle feta chess cut in to small
  • 3-4 tbsppomegranate seeds
  • For Dressing ~ 1/4 cup olive 🫒 oil
  • 1green chili chopped
  • 2-3 clovesgarlic 🧄 chopped
  • 1 tspsalt 🧂
  • 1/2 tspwhite pepper powder
  • 2lemon 🍋 juice

Steps

    Make Dressing in a bowl & keep aside
    Take a big bowl add all ingredients except dressing mix it with salad tong add dressing & pomegranate seeds mix it well ; keep for 10-15 minutes & enjoy
    You can make in lunchtime & dinner

    Note.. sometimes I made with wheat Dalia also. You an add canned sliced mushrooms 🍄 blanched carrot 🥕 & you can add lightly roasted panner / tofu cubes if you don’t like feta cheese
