Spaghetti jollof with Baked Beans on the side

Place enough water to cook the spaghetti in a pot; once its cooked through drain and set aside

In a hot pot add veg oil, chopped onions, stir then add tomatoes paste and pepper stir continuously till it fry through then add spaghetti and stir carefully.

Allow the spaghetti to cook until it has softened enough to eat, but not cooked thoroughly.

Lower the heat to allow the spaghetti cook slowly, and let it cook till the spaghetti has absorbed the sauce. Serve immediately.
