First, finely chop some sweet chocolate in a glass bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds
Take it out and spread the mixture in a circular motion inside a silicone modak
mold. Gently remove any excess mixture and place the mold in the freeze - 2
Now, following the same method, finely chop the dark chocolate and microwave it for 30 seconds. Take it out... remove the
silicone modak mold from the freezer, pour the mixture over it, and spread it in a circular
motion. Gently remove any excess mixture and place the mold back in the freezer. - 3
Now, following the same method, finely chop the dark chocolate & sweet chocolate and microwave it for 30 seconds. Take it out... remove the silicone modak mold from the freezer, pour the mixture over it, and spread it in a circular motion. Gently remove
any excess mixture and place the mold back in the freezer... After 3 minutes, unmold and now
heat a skewer on the gas, then use it to make a hole in the center of the chocolate - 4

Add oil and water to the cake premix to make a smooth paste. Pour it into a greased
mold and microwave for 3 minutes... The cake is ready.. when it cool... Cut it into small pieces - 6
For the pineapple sauce, heat sugar &water in a pan. Once the sugar dissolves, add pineapple and lemon juice to it and let it
cook. Once it thickens, turn off the gas & mix unsalted butter in it. transfer it to a bowl, and set aside - 7
Now, for the black grape sauce, put sugar & water in a pan. Meanwhile, prepare a
cornstarch slurry.Once the sugar dissolves, add the black grape juice & lemon juice. When it starts to boil, add the cornstarch
slurry.. Once it becomes very thick, turn off the gas and transfer it to a bowl - 8
Now it's time for the orange curd.. Put orange zest & orange juice &sugar in a pan and heat it. Once the sugar dissolves, add
the cornstarch slurry.. Once it becomes very thick, turn off the gas and transfer it to a
bowI. - 9
Now, in a juicer glass, first pour 1
tablespoon of pineapple sauce at the bottom..... & set it... Now Gently pour 1.5
tablespoons of grape sauce on top of it. - 10
Now, set 1.5 tablespoons of orange curd on top of that.... Now it's time for the finely chopped fruits... Set 1.5 tablespoons.
Spread the cake pieces on top of that.. - 11
Now, wrap the top of the glass with chocolate wrapping paper and place the glass in the freezer.

While servin..... place a chocolate modak piece in the
hole of the chocolate wrapping paper & pour Hershey's chocolate syrup into it. Serve
with drizzled chocolate sauce
