Ingredients

  1. 10.5 ozchocolate (300 g)
  2. 6egg whites
  3. 1/3 cupmilk (80 g)
  4. 1/4 cupsugar (50 g)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the milk. Chop the chocolate. Pour the hot milk over the chocolate and mix well until you have a smooth ganache.

    Whip the egg whites. When they start to foam, add the sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form, making a meringue.

    Gently fold the meringue into the chocolate mixture. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
