Punjabi Drumsticks Sabji

Start by washing the drumstick and making 3 to 4 pieces of each stick as per size. Blanch them for 5 minutes.

Grind together tomatoes, onion, garlic, green chillies, and ginger into a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter, then add cumin seeds and a pinch of hing.

Add the ground puree and sauté for 5–7 minutes till oil starts separating.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander-cumin powder, and salt. Cook for 2 more minutes.

Add drumstick pieces and Kitchen King masala mix well, and add 1 cup water. Cover and cook for 5 more minutes or until drumsticks are tender.

Turn off the heat. Serve hot with roti or rice and enjoy ✨
