In a pan fry some onions with butter, ginger garlic paste, seasoning and chicken stock

Add in sliced mushrooms and the herbs and let this soften

Add in the chicken peices with some seasonings and let this cook

Add some plain flour and let this cook with the lid on
- 5
Add in your double cream and fresh parsley once chicken is cooked

Get an oven dish and place the creamy chicken in and the pastry sheet on top cutting the edges if needed
- 7
Do an egg wash for a golden crispy pastry, use the fan setting on your oven and cook until golden
