Chopped 2 beetroot finely. Whisk curd and add chopped beetroot and mix well.

Now add salt and red chilli powder. Again mix well

On a pan, add oil and heat it. Now add jeera, rai and curry leaves and smashed sing dana. Roast well for 5-10 mins on low flame. Add tadka into dahi and mix well.

Mix all ingredients well in curd. Add chopped coriander. Beetroot raita is ready
