  • 2 lbschicken wings
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspfish sauce
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 6 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1/2 cupcornstarch (for coating)
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Optional garnish: fried garlic bits and chopped parsley

    Marinate Wings: Combine wings, soy sauce, fish sauce, pepper, and garlic. Marinate for 30 minutes (or overnight).

    Drain excess marinade. Lightly coat wings in cornstarch for extra crispiness. Heat oil in a deep pan (~350°F/175°C). Fry wings in batches until golden brown and crisp (8–10 minutes). Place on paper towels. Top with fried garlic bits and serve hot.
