Green peppercorn pickle

Collect fresh green peppercorns, separate the peppers, wash and wipe it with dry cloth. Keep it aside.

Take three lemons, squeeze out the juice. Approximately one cup lemon juice.

Transfer the peppercorn to a wide bowl, add salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice.Mix well.Mix the peppers daily one time. After a week it's ready to use. No need of adding oil for this pickle.

Then transfer to a glass bottle, store it in refrigerator.

After some days that pickle colour wl change. Green peppercorns soak well with salt and lemon juice. This pickle is very tasty and spicy.
