2 serves

1 cupWhole wheat soaked
2 tspoil
Salt to taste
1 tspAsafoetida
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2-1lemon juice

Soak the wheat over night

Next morning Just boil the soaked wheat by adding Asafoetida in Cooker by Giving 8-10 whistles

Now add oil,salt,red chilli powder and lemon juice
4

Enjoy this yummy dish in your breakfast or any meals
