  • 4steamed and mashed raw bananas
  • 1boiled mashed potato
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander
  • 8 slicesbread of choice
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1 tbspTomato sauce for serving

    Steam and mashed banana, mash the boiled potato

    Add all the spices and mix well, add chopped coriander and mix well

    Put generous amount of the mixture on bread and cover with another bread. Heat or toast in sandwich maker or stove
