Ingredients

  • 2 cupboiled lobia
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped cucumber
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 table spoonlemon juice
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped carrot
  • 2 table spoongrated fresh coconut
  • 1 table spoonroasted peanut
  • 2 table spoonfinely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tea spoonhoney
  • 1 tea spoonchaat masala
  • 1/2 tea spoonblack salt

  1. 1

    Boil lobia for 5 whistle. All vegeis cut into small pieces.

    In serving bowl add lobia and all vegeis one by one. Now add lemon juice and honey.

    After that add dry spices, toss it gently. At last add peanut and grated coconut.

    Garnish with coriander leaves. A healthy and tasty power pack salad is ready.
