A Soul satiating tiffin recipe that is easy to make and perfect to enjoy during Summer time. These are mini buns
Steps

For Dumpling - in a bowl add Maida, cornstarch, baking powder, yoghurt and salt, mix well

Add chopped onions and make a dough, make balls and set aside
- 3
For filling - in a bowl add minced chicken, soya sauce, gochajung, sesame oil, cornstarch, minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped onion and mix well

Take a ball, make a dent and add the filling, fold all sides

In a wok heat oil and add the dumplings, fry lightly on both sides, set aside
- 6
Add to the tiffin box
- 7
Plate and enjoy 😊
