During my visit to Cyprus, I had the chance to try doukissa. I recently attempted to make it myself, and to be honest, it turned out really well

Break the biscuits and place them in a large bowl.

Melt 2 cups of chocolate and butter over simmering water or in a microwave. Stir in condensed milk.

Pour melted chocolate over biscuits, stirring to coat well. Add cranberries and pistachios and stir.

Line a loaf tin with parchment paper. Press biscuit mixture into the tin.

Melt half a cup of chocolate and pour on top. Add pistachio butter in a piping bag, microwave for 10 seconds, and create a pattern with a toothpick.

Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Slice and enjoy when set.
Tips
Ensure the chocolate is melted gently to avoid burning.
