Old School Lunch-Style Egg and Cucumber Salad Sandwiches Old School Lunch-Style Egg and Cucumber Salad Sandwiches
Eating these always make me nostalgic for school lunches. It's an easy, relatively simple sandwich but I have never seen this anywhere else so I posted this recipe. My sister, who went to the same school, says 'I don't remember this.' I wonder why. A lot of people seem to like it anyway! The cucumber is prepared with salt, so don't use too much mayonnaise. When I was an elementary school student, I used to think that the mustard in mine was too strong so you might not need any mustard for your children's sandwiches. I think these are easier to eat than regular egg and sliced cucumber sandwiches. For 1 serving. Recipe by 明日見 cookpad.japan
