Banana bilasary

First, place a pan on the gas and add 100 grams of sugar and enough water to dissolve the sugar. Keep it on medium heat and stir continuously.

Once the sugar syrup reaches a 2-string consistency, make round slices of banana and add them to the syrup.

After some time, when the mixture thickens and bubbles appear, turn off the gas. Add cardamom powder and saffron (soaked in milk) and mix well.

Ripe banana bilasary is ready... Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool. Garnish with rose petals and banana slices, and serve.
