Kasundi is a type of sauce prepared with raw mustard & mustard oil.
Steps

First clean & wash the katla fishes properly.Then marinate the fishes with salt, turmeric powder.

Take sufficient mustard oil in a kadai & fry the fish pieces & keep them aside.

In the same oil add nigela seeds, split green chilli, chopped tomatoes, kashmiri red chilli & turmeric powder.

Stir them well, then add onions paste, salt, kasundi & cook for 1,2 minutes till the oil separates.

Now add warm water to it, add the fried fishes,cover it & cook for another 5 minutes on low flame.

Switch off the flame, kasundi katla is ready to serve.

Serve it with hot steam rice.
