  • 9 ozcooked chickpeas (about 250 grams)
  • 1 cupcanned corn, drained
  • 1onion, sliced into rings
  • 2-3green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespooncapers
  • Sun-dried tomatoes to taste (or a few cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 cantuna, drained
  • 10olives
  • Chopped parsley
  • 4-5 tablespoonsolive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Oregano
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt

    Place the chickpeas, corn, and capers in a large salad bowl.
