Economical and Delicious Kofta

Mix everything together in a food processor until well combined, or knead by hand if you prefer.

If the mixture feels too dry, add a little onion juice.

Shape the kofta into logs and place them on a baking sheet greased with oil.

Brush the tops of the kofta with onion juice.

Bake in the oven at medium heat with a little water in the pan. It won't take long—about 15 minutes or less. Enjoy!
