Blend the apple, jaggery powder, curd, and ghee into a smooth texture.

Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl. Sieve the ragi flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda into the bowl.

Mix well. Add chopped walnuts and melted chocolate, and mix again.

Transfer the batter to a microwave-safe mold. Top with chocolate and walnut pieces.
Microwave for 6-7 minutes. Baking time may vary by oven. - 5
Unmold once slightly warm and enjoy.
