Ingredients

Dough
  • 5 1/2-6 cupsAll purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 teaspooninstant dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoonssalt
  • 2 1/2 cupsluke warm water
  • 2-3swirls of evoo
  • 8-10 slicesprovolone
  • 6-8 slicesham
  • 8-10 slicesGenoa Salami
  • 6-8slice’s prosciutto
  • evoo
  • Italian seasoning

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Mix the dough recipe. Let’s sit for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Roll out flat about a quarter inch thick

  3. 3

    Layer all cheese and meats

  4. 4

    Roll the dough, crimping the edges and crimping the end to the rest of the dough to make a tight seal

  5. 5

    Push the tip of a knife through the top in three different places for vent holes

  6. 6

    Brush with olive oil or egg wash sprinkle Italian seasoning on top

  7. 7

    Bake in oven on 375 for 20 - 30 minutes
