The first time I had Bobba pearls or Bubbles was in Taiwan and I was interested to make it from scratch and add mango flavour as mango is in season now. Then make a milk dessert

The first time I had Bobba pearls or Bubbles was in Taiwan and I was interested to make it from scratch and add mango flavour as mango is in season now. Then make a milk dessert

In a hand blender add mango pieces and blend to make a purée. In a bowl add tapioca starch and 1 Tbsp mango purée, bring it to Micro wave for 1 min, mix and set aside.

Add more tapioca starch and make a dough while it’s still warm and make small dough’s which are Bobba pearls and add more tapioca starch on kitchen top.

In a bowl add water and bring it to boil, add Bobba pearls and boil for 20 mins, set aside. Rinse in lukewarm water and set aside

In a bowl add water and bring it to boil, add tapioca and boil for 10 mins, the tapiocas will enlarge and rinse and set aside

In a bowl add milk, add condensed milk, add mango Bobba pearls, tapioca and bring it to fire on low flame and mix. When it thickens set aside

In a serving glass add ice, add milk and Boba pearls mix, stir and enjoy
