Add Water, Milk, Curd & 1 Tbsp Oil In A Bowl.

Mix Them Well.

Add Refined Flour, Salt, Baking Powder & Powdered Sugar Into It.

Combine Them Together.

Now Add Wheat Flour & Combine Them Well.

Then Transfer To Platform & Knead For 8-10 Minutes Or Until Smooth.

Put It In Greased Bowl & Apply Some Oil On It. Then Cover It &Let It Rest For At Least 2 Hours.

After 2 Hours Divide Dough Into Equal Parts & Let It Rest For 15-20 Minutes.

Take A Piece Of Dough & Sprinkle Some Flour On It. Now Flatten It With Hands.

Put Some Chopped Coriander & Onions Seeds On It. Gently Press Them.

Roll It Into A Thick Disc & Gently Press The Edges.

Apply Some Water On One Side Of Naan.

Put The Water Side On Preheated Iron Tawa & Gently Press It To Stick It Properly.

Cook On High Flame Until Bubbles Start Appearing.

Then Flip Tawa & Cook It Over Direct Flame Until Light Golden.
