Steps

Take a bowl. Add rice flour, coriander leaves and powder, grated garlic and ginger, carrom seeds and salt. Mix it well. Now add water gradually. Mixture consistency should be flowe.

After adding water rest the mixture for 5 minutes. Now grease the pan with oil. Pour the mixture on pan. Pour some oil on sides and wait.

When the chilla leaves the edges then only turn it to other side.

Roast the both sides well and serve hot with chutney / sauce as per your liking.
