Gluten free Jowar Vegetable Paratha
This recipe is for health freak people, looking for gluten free tasty parathas.

Cooking Instructions

Finely Chop mixed vegetables. I have used cabbage, capsicum and carrot. You can even add onion if you want.

Take oil in kadhai, add cumin seeds, let them splutter, add chopped vegetables, masalas, salt and black pepper. Mix well and cook them for 5mins.

Add water, let it boil once, and jowar aata and turn off the flame immediately. Dont cook after adding jowar flour. Try to mix as much as possible and let it rest for 10mins.

After 10mins, knead the dough. If aata is runny add more jowar flour and if it is dry add 2tablespoon water and knead. Roll out a small portion from it.

Roll it like chapati, heat tawa, and cook the paratha.

Apply ghee and cook paratha from both sides, till golden brown spots appear or properly cooked.

Serve hot with, butter aachar, or dahi. Tastes best with white makkhan.
