Instant carrot and mango pickle

Wash wipe and peel carrots.Cut into length wise thin pieces.

Wash, wipe and peel mango.Cut into length wise thin pieces.

Heat a pan add oil in it.Add carrot and mango pieces.Add salt.Saute for two minutes.Cover and half cook.

Add pickle masala and jaggery powder.Mix well and turn off the gas.Cool and serve.
