The night before, remove the silver membrane from the bottom side of the rack and cut apart (they fit easier in the crockpot this way). Season with your favorite rib seasonings. Refrigerate overnight.

Place ribs into crockpot. Pour 36-48 ounces beef broth over ribs. Let sit for 8 hours,

They're done when the meat easily pulls off the bone. Remove meat and place onto toasted slider bun. Top with BBQ sauce and coleslaw. Enjoy!
