In a large glass, crush the Oreo cookies with a spoon or a muddler.

Add the ice cubes and milk.

In a separate glass, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Whip well with a mixer until it becomes a thick foam.

Pour the whipped coffee over the glass with milk.
