This is a well balanced meal with all the three nutrients..
Steps

Cook diced onions and and the the crushed garlic in 10ml of oil.

Allow the onions to brown and garlic to produce a sweet aroma.

Add meat and cook till almost ready.

Add Pilau masala, salt and stir.
- 5
When meat has dried up, and water to prevent it from burning.

Allow to cook then add the chopped tomatoes.
- 7
Add rice and stir and mix.
- 8
Add water(500g) reduce heat then allow to simmer.

Then stir cover and cook till soft.
- 10
Serve hot with stew.
