Cooking Instructions

Blanch the broccoli until bright green, rinse with cold water, and drain well.

Add carrots, onion, mini peppers, garlic, and scallions to the broccoli.

Season with salt, soy sauce, vinegar.

Stir in honey, lemon juice, sesame oil.

Add that beautiful homemade chili oil. Mix well and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
