Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 tbsphoisin sauce
  2. 2 tbsppeanut butter, reduced-fat
  3. 2 tspbrown sugar
  4. 3/4 tsphot chile paste
  5. 1 tspfresh ginger grated
  6. 3 tbsprice wine vinegar
  7. 1 tbspsesame oil
  8. 16wonton wrappers, shredded
  9. romaine lettuce, chopped or torn
  10. 2 cupsshredded carrots
  11. 1 bunchgreen onions
  12. 1/4 cupfresh parsley, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 F.
    Coat baking sheet with cooking spray

  2. 2

    Cut wonton wrappers into strips, spread out on prepared pan, coat with non-stick spray and bake for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.

    Dressing: whisk hoisin sauce, peanut butter, brown sugar, chili paste, ginger, vinegar, and sesame oil.

    Combine remaining ingredients, mix with cooled wontons and toss with dressing.

All of the descriptions on my recipes include the new "Smartpoints" value on Weight Watchers for each serving. Some are duplicates from others that I found online, with modifications to reduce the number of points or remove/substitute ingredients my husband and/or I don't like.I'm still new to the kitchen and cooking for two (normally I make recipes for 4 and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day) and am looking to learn more. If you have any suggestions for any of my recipes regarding ingredients or cooking methods please send me a message!!
