  • 1onion chopped
  • 2garlic chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1 tspdhania powder
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tsprai
  • 1 tbspmustard oil

    Heat oil.Add jeera rai garlic.Add onion and cook till light brown

    Add tomato and cook again for few minutes

    Add all masala in Bowl add little water and make paste

    Add this masala to onion tomato and cook cover till tomato is soft add little water.

    Ready to serve.At the time of serving add sev.
